Moving courses and training online with the UK’s leading coaching organisation  

UK Coaching wanted to grow its audience by lowering the barriers of entry, a goal it achieved by transitioning the delivery of training and courses from offline to online.  

Having worked with Reading Room to build a scalable platform for the delivery of online courses, when the UK went into lockdown they were able to meet the increased demand they faced for online training.  

We will outline the challenges the project faced and how this transformation enabled a not-for-profit to embrace digital technology, pivot its strategy and plan a sustainable future.

Tim works with clients to embed user research, data and insight into digital processes and projects.

With a career in agencies spanning technical, design and user research roles he also has a depth and breadth of experience to bring to the table.

Tim holds a User Experience Certification from the prestigious Nielson Norman Group. Tim has honed his skills on projects for major UK and international charities, brands and organisations. To name a few; NHS Health Careers, UK Coaching, The Christie NHS Trust, Unite the Union, WWF UK, Youth Hostels Association (YHA), Oxford University, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Associated British Sugar, AB Agriculture, and The British Chamber of Commerce.
